I purchased this domain name a few years ago thinking that I would use it to write about my hobbies (I love euro-style board games) but as usual, life kind of got in the way. Since then I've been trying to improve myself by finishing up my Bachelors Degree at the University of Phoenix - Online. (You know the one... It has to be advertised on almost every web page that one visits that has advertizing on it).

I've been doing the online university 'thing' for a little over a year and have been having a great time with it. Funny, but I think I've spent more time working at my classes than I did when I was a full-time student at the University of New Hampshire studying philosophy. Some folks belittle the education that I'm getting, but it doesn't really matter; I'm learning lots. I've always wanted to learn how to program and UoP is providing that education.

OK... so you don't see much of the hobby stuff on here yet. That's mainly because I'm still learning web design. This site is complements of Shelley Pumphrey's Web Design I class (WEB/404). It is all hand-coded... no FrontPage here! I figure I'll add to this page when time permits, but it will mostly be used as a spring-board to my assignments for this class and Web Design II if it requires a web site.
